Hello, I am probably not skilled enough to build up motion platform on my own. Therefore I am looking for commercial platform with max. price around 2 000 USD? What would be the best choice due to your opinion? Thanks

OK. I need to find the best documentated DIY project to know exactly what I need to buy and how to assembly it. Any advice? :) Thanks

Thanks. I can see that 2DOF platform is often divided from display - is it better way than mount display onto construction of motion platform? Thanks for clarification.

A lot of racing motion rigs have the screens separate, as moving them would have a significant impact on motion speed and performance.

The motion of such rigs is very fast, at up to 300-700 mm/sec over relatively short axis movements, which is even faster than many commercial rigs. They are designed to reflect motion down to ripple strips and the road surface itself.

Thank you very much - your DIY simulator inspired me, looks great and "easy" to build.
