What exactly is broken, the gears? The lever? The axle?

as show on the first pic... ( big gear ) was the tip, and the piece stayed inside the lever ... now I'm wondering if I do it again the same way, or think of some other way stronger or with less wear.

if you know a good welder he could repair it. Not in the same way as it was, but repairing the axle should be not impossible.

Once you get your new motor maybe post some pictures or sketch of your design so you can get some recommendations to avoid another failure.

well, actually, now that I've changed, I discovered that the problem was at the end of the shaft, the lock I had placed was loose, which caused the lever to move forward. generating almost twice the resistance on the shaft. I put it in the right place and I got it right, I think I should take it this time. The weight calculations are all correct and were even made for a little more than it's assembled.
