Can someone help with this potentiometer ?

    Hi all,

    This could be a bit off topic. But I recently bought some rudder pedals, but they wouldn't calibrate properly and were always off to the left.
    So I thought I would open them up and "adjust" the pot so it was central.
    Anyway, long story short, I managed to damage the pot.

    I've attached a picture of it. But I simply can't find it on the net anywhere. But wondering if an alternative would work. I'm a pot novice so any info anyone can offer would be fantastic.
