    Hi all,

I'm planning my DC 12V 6DOF sim, already placed 5 Ard, 15 MMs, 7 POT, 7 small DC motor for model test.
now pending the PSU and motor.

I'm searching DC motor in eBay and Alibaba, I found there are mainly 2 kind of DC gear motor, worm gear motor and planetary gear motor, in forum and youtube nearly all the project choose worm gear motor, can anyone tell me why?
What is the difference of these 2 kind of motors? can I choose planetary gear motor?

Now it is time to buy 6 big motor.
In Chile I can't found DC wormgear motor I want, only wiper motor which has few power.
The possible way is buy motor from eBay. Could you share some information of the motor to me?
    1. Can it afford 100kg with 6dof?
    2. How about the noise?
    3. Can it continuously use?
    4. There are 2 modle, 80 RPM and 160 rpm, which one should I choose?
    Thanks in advance.
