    Morning guys!
    Trying to get Dirt Rally going on my new rig....
    Patched fine, and Sim Tools sees the game running, but no live telemetry to Tuning center.
    What am I doing wrong?

    i would uninstall the patch and try again but open plugin updater with admin when patching.
    also can you get into the tunning setting and capture the game and drive.?
    or is it in the list of games in the tunning setting capture section.
    also have you checked you axis setting are setup could be that too.
    ive had things like this but soon as you capture it works, if all the signs are there.

    Yes the game is running as far as the Game Engine is concerned as it does come up when you run Rally.
    The Tuning Center does populate the min max default settings, but no live data is being seen in the top green box.
    All my other games are working properly as expected, just this one so far.

    run the capture in the setting see what happens after you save it remember drive without crashing if you can and dont forget to do that save then stop capture., also check the axis is setup by selecting the game and saving it.
    sounds like its there just a few silly issues that does sound like ive had before where you just check the axis settings and then run the capture drive and then save it. i shut it down then restart it all and it has always worked for me.

    yes documents/my games/dirt rally vr (I think that is the exact path, I am at work)
    I also have a Dirt Rally (not vr) but the game is not recognized at all by sim tools (obviously as I am running vr)

    Alrighty.... So.... I am a dumb ass.... but still not working lol
    I DID NOT have the axis assignments setup for Dirt rally specifically... I fixed that KNOWING that would be the issue. Still no joy.
    See below a couple screen shots, when the game is running you can clearly see sim tools sees it and populates the tuning center with game limits but no live input. I have tried capturing limits, but did not make a difference. Dirt 1.jpg Dirt 2.jpg Dirt 3.jpg

    Nope, it's surely not seeing the game, the correct folder is (in my case) C:\Documents\My Games\DiRT Rally
    not DiRT Rally VR
    Remove the patch and patch it again

    yep that got it going! My first problem was I did not have the axis setup specifically for Dirt, then was patching to the VR folder. Thanks for your help!
