    Hi all,

a couple of weeks back my H3 stopped working, literally. So much so that I can no longer see it connected via USB in Device Manager. The same is SMC3 and SRS software packages. The link is completely dead. I have changed USB ports, I have changed USB cable and tried to connect to another PC using a powered USB hub and the straight through cable. Nothing.
I have messaged DOF and they have suggested the usual fixes, such as changing the SMC ini file to ensure the COM Port is identified. Nothing works. I am now convinced it is the box.
When i connect the powered USB Hub the PC picks it up as expected, but not the Box.
Can anyone please help and advise on what I should try yet ?

You tried another PC or Laptop? If this don´t work, ask for a replacement.
