    Starting a build after seeing all the awesome 6dof builds. still in planning / procurement stages.
    Initial build
    6 Jazzy Wheelchair motors 24V 120 RPM gearbox motors - procured
    4 HP 12v 1200w server power supplies 2 in series for 24v - procured
    6 x 360 Hall Effect Pots 0-5v - procured
    3 Arduino uno r3 - procured
    6 x timing pulley sets - prototyped - printed in 3d resin - aluminum ordered
    steel angle iron scraps
    Thoughts on following cockpit.
    Currently have a static rig with 0 dof. could just throw on top.
    Build cockpit - lighter
    More to come pictures also.
    Also lots of builds here will try to credit everyone I can. If I miss someone let me know.

    Just some advice I learned the hard way... If you throw what you have on top (depending on the design), it will be very difficult to get things to balance correctly. My situation was a top heavy mess that quickly became the biggest limiting factor. But it got me to a more solid idea about what dimensions I wanted to use for my final design. Good luck with the build.

    Thanks for the heads up. Been looking at a few setups may go without the static rig on top

    I updated the second image that wasnt working. Keep posting pictures of your ideas and design and you will get some good help and advice here.
