Hello everyone, I have a problem with my simu and I come to see if someone here could enlighten me.

I built a simulator with a "SIMUKIT" 2 DOF kit in 2018 and it always worked well but it was a little abandoned for a year, until the release of AC EVO which made me want to spend more time on it.

But since this restart, I have a problem that I can not identify.

One of the two motors loses its instruction randomly, but it seems to me that it happens most often during sudden movements.

I have already changed the potentiometer of this motor thinking that it was faulty but that did not change anything.

I tried to see if there was no bad contact, but it seems not.

The gears are well fixed on the potentiometer and on the motor.

So sometimes the angle of my motor which should be around 80 and -80 degrees, ends up at -180 or even more and loses its zero position.

If anyone has an idea to solve my problem, I would be very grateful

    Thanks

Is there any sort of audio error sound, if so it is likely a USB disconnect.

If not it may be exceeding its safety range, or triggering hardware safety shutdown.

It could also be a settings configuration issue.

Could you please post more details about the rig and pictures of all of your settings.
