    My Motion Simulator:
    3DOF, DC motor, Arduino
Hi, I am new to forum. I am developping a 4dof simulator using arduino and BLDC motors. I need help on YAW axis. Other axises are ok. I am testing my sim with LFS. I can get values from simtools and send them to motor using arduino with no problems. But when I am spinning with car in LFS, upto 360 degree rotation simtools sends me values between 0 t0 255 as binary value. 127 binary value is center of yaw axis. 0 t0 127 is left up to 180 degre and 128 to 255 is 180 degree to the right. But when I spin more than 360 degrees, simtools sends me zero (0) binary value and motor turns 360 degree to reverse direction suddenly. My yaw is limited to 360 degree, so if I do spinning more than 360 degree continiously, my sim returns startup position and starting rotate again.

My english is not fluent, so I hope I can tell the problem. Any help is required.

    Thanks.

As of the 2.3 SimTools update you can specify linear or rotational outputs plus a new anti rollover filter was also added.

Can you please post a picture and other details of your design.

Thanks for fast reply. I downloaded 2.3.1 version and I saw rotational axis type. However it shows 180 degrees and I can not change it. Can I change it more than 180 degrees. My sim will be have aprox 360 degree of rotation. Now we are in POC stage.

I hope I can post first pictures end of this month. But I can write down some features. 4 DOF simulator work with simtools. It will be commercial. near 360 degrees rotation /yaw, 58 degrees roll and pitch, 160mm heave, 440w BLDC motors for each axis.

    Thanks again.
