    I upgraded that

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QSElXKtEZRM

    form serial to usb connection

    but my problem is that

when i am tring to send data to the controller then the profiller says

    Error on opening comport #

when the comport is a serial hardware comport there is no problem
but on usb i have that problem

and from 2.0 and 2.1 version

i have test it from 3pc's Xp vista and 7

i dont think that is a hardware error

    because on my previous cluster

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q2Ym7Q0MooM

there where no problem and everything was ok

    thanks a lot

It's likely that your virtual serial port driver did not install correctly.

-Can you show a screenshot of your Device Manager with Ports expanded?
-Do you see your virtual com port under ports, or is it elsewhere in the device manager?

If it is elsewhere, right-click on it and delete it (with permant removal checkbox if shown). Then unplug it and plug it back in ensuring that you are connected to the internet so the drivers can be automatically downloaded.
