    Hello everyone,
I'm having this little issue, the 3D view stays stuck when I uncheck the "POSE FROM MOTION" in the "RIG LINEAR HEXAPOD" am I wronging something?
    Thank you

pmvcdaaka FlyPT I want to ask is it possible somewhere in FLYPT to set the speed of linear actuators if they are put into start position.thx

No, but do you mean when going to the start position?

    Do you have more poses?
If not I think the rig stays on the last position. I will check for the new release. That's something I noticed some time ago and for the new release I think it's solved.

    Hi,

Just to clarify, Mover goes online just to:

    -Check for a new version.

    -Get setups from the server.

Need to check this error for the new release. Added to the list.

In Mover, what we do is to fit the game movement inside the limits of the rig.
Example: If we roll 80º left and the rig allows 10º roll, we need some filters to have some behaviour on the rig to mimic those 80º. Maybe the simplest one would be a scale.
If the rig has no yaw, then there's nothing you can do.
The pose modules generate the 6 DOF sent to the rig module. If the rig has no yaw, she can't make it.
What you can do is to use the yaw value of the game for roll in a pose and the you generate roll from the yaw of the game.
Remember, you can use more than one pose module and add the effects.

Do you mean the speed of the actuators when they move from park to ready/middle position? If that’s what you mean, that’s normally something I control through the motor controller software not flypt?

The Thanos controller has slow movement positioning from park position (usually all the way down) to the standby position 50% or whatever is the real time position data at the moment it goes online...

Not sure what other generic motor drivers do..

    Hello, @pmvcda
Would be really useful if would be possible to set the line as actuator speed on the rig module in order to keep synchronized the actuators on the mover with the actuators on the machine.

I use flypt with sfx100 and Arduino Mega controller (https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...o-mega-for-aasd-15a-and-similar-driver.14421/). Sporadically the communication via Direct Out Serial with the controller breaks down. When this happens, no error message appears. The rig just doesn't move anymore and just stops. When I then try to terminate the connection to the controller, the rig still just stops and does not move to the stop position. Then the connection status is yellow and the program stops responding. Then I have to shut it down with the task manager. I can then re-establish the connection. The rig falls down very fast and moves slowly back to the home position. I have already changed the cable and had no problems before when I was still using SimFeedback. What else could be the reason for this? Where can I find the log files? Maybe I can find more information there.

I know it only just came out, but any plans to add Xplane-12 to the current version of the FlyPT?

As XP works via a UDP data stream, I think you should be able to use XP12 in the same way you use XP11. Or have you encountered problems?

I'll test, but does that mean that I can just load Xplane11 as a source and technically if the telemetry didn't change between the 11 and 12, it should connect for 12 as it does for 11?

I think so. Don't forget to activate the network output of motion platform data in XP12

Tested, works with XP11 input. Thanks for heads-up.

Yep it should work but somehow in XP12 I can’t get the “motion platform stats” through.
