    Hello guys,

An excellent forum you have here, one of the best I have seen so far :)

Has anyone of you seen the Force-dynamics 301 simulator?
    http://www.force-dynamics.com/video.php

I was wondering, can anybody tell me if it is possible to control a simulator like the force-dynamics 301 with the X-Sim software package (with a propper servo controller of course)?

    take care...

    Hello Sim_Sam

    Welcome to our forum!

Yes, we do know the FD301.

Do you have enough money to buy such actuators like the ones that are used in the FD301?

If you have enough money for such actuators, you dont need to build a DIY simulator anyway ;)

But if your question was, if stepper drive support is implemented in the software. Well, its in process :)

Please have a look at the simforceGT project. This will be the first attempt to implement electric actuators support in the x-sim software. If this project will be a success, other projects with stepper drives will be possible.

    regards
