So I've been using simtools and its latest version with the professional license for a long while now for my 3dof rig. I just today installed my simxperience accuforce wheel. I feel that it's necessary because that's the only thing that has really changed.
Now every time I launch a Sim no matter what it is could be any title for example iRacing project cars 2 I immediately get a message at the start of the SIM that game manager needs to be restarted. I disconnected my accuforce wheel from the PC and made sure it wasn't a USB conflict and it still is happening I kind of have a feeling it might be a simcommander conflict. My motion Sim calibrate correctly still and game manager connects to the motion Sim correctly it's only at the start of a title that I get that error whether Sim Commander is running or not and I made sure in task manager that it is closed. Also for further information I'm running Windows 10 and my simulator is connected to my PC via USB PCI Express card in my accuforxev2 is connected to a USB 3.0 hub connected directly to the motherboard.

Any help would greatly be appreciated thank you!

It sounds like it could be a port conflict.

Only one application can connect to the com ports at a time.
SimTools will give you this message when it was not able to correctly center one of your actuators on startup.
If you unassign your SCN actuators from Game Engine one at a time, restarting simtools inbetween each time, I bet you can find the culprate.
Could just be a loose connection somewhere.
    Take care,

This issue would still be the case even though when I first start Sim tools the rig does calibrate correctly and runs fine until the start of the SIM?

so it's possible that simcommander is trying to or overriding a comport at the start of the Sim kicking simtools out causing the conflict? Thanks for the help!!

do you think it's possible that I could reassign SCN actuator if that is the problem to another comport? If I remember correctly I think the comm ports have to be under 9 or 10??

Why do you need to run SimCommander and SimTools at the same time buddy?

FIXED thanks guys you were pointing me definitely in the right direction there was something wrong with one of my controllers for my front-left Scn 6. instead of a green light I wish I had a red and green light on the inside of the control box. After a power cycle everything works fine now I was completely unaware that a hardware fault could cause the program to make me try to restart at the start of a Sim? Thank you guys for pointing me in the right direction and for your time!!hug:
