Hey everyone! I'm a newcomer here and diving into uncharted territory for me. Please bear with me as I navigate through my lack of knowledge. I'm passionate about flying, but the costs involved in actual flying are sky-high, pun intended. So, I'm thinking of creating my own Cessna 172 or 182 cockpit with three screens, all mounted on a 3 or 6 DOF platform. Here's the catch—I'm a complete novice when it comes to engineering, coding, and all the technical jargon. The information I've come across is like an alien language to me. I thrive on hands-on experiences but have no clue where to start. It might sound like a wild idea, but I'd love to hear your thoughts, guidance, and recommendations.
