Wicked looking 6dof. The space frame struts are kind of a cool idea.

More than looks cool. The reason I posted it was the space frame approach. It can solve some problems. Instead of building in substantial structures and weight to hold a wheel, or just for the structure itself, they went with a space frame. That can be sturdy, lightweight, and cool.

I tend to think that we can learn things from all sorts of sims, whether the rest is rubbish or not. If nothing else, it can be a source of ideas.

    What's your problem?

You don’t upset me. You just have a habit of dropping into threads, crapping on things, and then seem surprised if someone says something. What you wrote was entirely negative with no real use. So you don’t understand its market or like it? Big deal. I’m not buying one either. But I can learn from it.

The struts and stays are a neat approach to a rigid top frame. They are strong, lightweight, and allow for adjustment and disassembly, and easy adaptation to other controls or consoles.
