    I agree with noorbeast. Have a look at the links he has posted. There is some good information available.
    Personally, I am using a shoulder mount design like in picture A with the rods being at 20degrees back and about 13 degrees to the side. The are connected to a 40mm CTC lever at the motors.
    This design works well for me but I guess every setup is different and everybody has slightly different preferences.
