This is supposed to be my retirement project and I am only 48. I did not think I would get anywhere in so short a time. I'm still just getting started but with every new step the
    enthusiasm grows.

I have had fsx sending game data to the force profiler ever since you got me using the plugin with force sender. When the game is running there seems to be more data than I have found out what exactly it is yet. Some are obvious - when you crash - etc.

That data from the game shows up in section 1 of froce profiler. The input from the joystick has also been received in section 3 of force profiler. If I select up, down, left , right, axis buttons in the joystick section, then my vellerman board seems to receive data to the 8 output ports of the board. I can see all this data from the game in section 1 and if I stop the game the
output lights still flash in sync with the joystick. Do I have to map data from section 1 to section 2? It sounded like section 2 was for special effects. Maybe I am misinterpreting but let me know how the data from section 1 is the data that I want to be my 2 degrees of freedom on the output of the 8 data lines of the vellerman board.

I think I understand that the 8 flashing lights are trying to turn on and off neumatic valves. I have some idea about OR gating the output of the pairs and feeding the 4 ored outputs to some small dc motors that feed back the pot values to the x,y input of my board. I need to get a sense of what is going in before I start to design my 2dof chair.

Any info is good info. Thanx, John
