When you set the limits does it actually save them?

Have you done fault testing like use a different pot?

Is your pot wiring soldered and connected properly?

Can you please post pictures of the settings for both jrks and indicate which is the problem.

the potentiometer should work because when I move the motor manually feedback values change when I get home I try to replace it anyway and see

i have problems like that and i solved them changing my pots for a 10 turns hi quality pots, they where expensive but worked...

also try to change your pid parameters, there are tutorials in the forum regarding this... you have three variables in your jrk utility P, I and D...

as far as i remmember, D is the "brake of the motors"... try at first increasing the D value to a very hi value and then do "try and error test"

for your pot connection i ended up connecting the pot to my motor shaft using a plastic house, fitted with plastic belts (i dont know the english word for that, but are those strips that are made of plastic, you can only make them smoller but not longer)(bad explanation)

so the thing with the pot is that when your motors goes crazy the plastic hose drifts on your pot's shaft and you dont brake it

I do so 'wrong in something?
-to begin sect feedback to the first engine in jrk config feedback section click Reset to full range, then learn, put the lever connected to the pot at least we want to click ok, put the maximum leverage you want and click ok, then apply to device.

3- in the tab motor set at 150 max duty cycle, 150 max acc, 0 max current 130 cal current, max 150 Duti when ... so the engines will slow but avoid doing damage if they start to turn 360 degrees.

    4- Pid section put in 4/4 0/0 4/4 pid period 20 integral limit 10000

5- go to the check input tab automatically target set and move the slide to the right and left, if you've done everything correctly will move slowly but correctly.

6- if everything is ok, you can raise the value of the motor tab 500 instead of 150 (all 150)

7- repeat the 'operation for the' other engine.

My questions are not about doing something wrong, but rather trying to eliminate things that may be a cause.

So I am trying to establish if the JRK is properly saving the range setup. You have an option in the menus to restore the JRK to its defaul settings and can then re-run the set up procedure.

I would suggest you follow @eaorobbie's JRK setup procedure, including PID settings: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/playseat-to-2-dofseat.5401/page-2#post-56352

The other possibility is that the pot is not working as intended. That could be for a variety of reasons. Does the pot track properly in the JRK graph when manually controlling movement from the JRK slider?

It is really helpful if you post pictures of all your JRK settings, many members here are good at spotting unintended misconfigurations in settings.

finally are guys with your help I managed to farlòi move, but ' now I have a little problem motors become very annoying jumps and when I mount the seat worsens , it seems that the weight of the seat slightly move the levers and move the potentiometer making change feedback, as if it was too sensitive , maybe I should set the dead zone of the feedback?

just now ' I tried to look into the jrk settings in a tab when I go to check the feedback values remains stationary in the other mind the value changes by , for example, 1440 - 1446 continuously changing values and in my opinion and ' why generates the movement
maybe I should replace the potentiometer and ' out of calibration ?

The setting you have are a reasonable place to start.

Hence I would start fault checking with the coupling from the motor to the pot. It looks like rubber hose and I can't tell from your video if it is moving accurately or not. A flexible aluminum coupling would be a good upgrade.

Next check if the pots are binding or not as they turn, a small misalignment could cause problems. Next check the wiring and soldering to the pot and on the JRK.

Also try swapping the USB cables and see if there is any change in behavior.
