Hi everyone. I have been working on a racing chair for a while. It started life as a serta computer chair. I welded some supports on the bottom to add a wheel stand. I picked this chair for the fact that it has vibration motors in it. I had a G25 wheel and I hooked the chair motors to the motor leads in the G25 Wheel. Well the motors pulled too many amps off the g25 and blew out the mosfets. I now have a g27 and still want to hook up the motors in the chair.

I have an ESC from an rc airplane. Its rated at 7-14v and 25A max. I thought of using this to drive the motors in the chair but I dont know where to hook up the signal wire to the g27. Anyone know how I can drive the motors in my chair?

It is not a good idea to use your feedback wheel to control a shaking chair for a lot of reasons.

You can buy cheap dc motor drivers that connect to X-Sim directly. No risk of damaging your wheel, and you are also not limited to games that use wheels..
