    Hi,

I did the wiring between VFD and motor (input wires 220v, the white wires as shown in attached pic, the 3 black wires go to the motor). When I switched on VFD and pushed "Run" button the motor was spinning very slowly and producing noisy sound even if I increase frequency.

I know that most probably it is related to VFD settings as it has default settings and I did not change any parameters. or maybe related to wiring.

My question is which parameters I should look at. I searched a lot for VFD settings for motion simulator and could not find any useful resources.

    Best regards,

    emad,
I know with my VFD's, I had to follow the Owner's Manual for proper VFD setup, and with the help of a knowledgeable team member here to:...........inputting motor parameters, forward/stop - reverse/stop - well, about 40 different parameters.
Very FEW were changed from factory settings, but about 10 were. My suggestion is to follow the owners' manual.

My VFD's are 230V Single Phase input - 230V Three phase Output.
Mains Wiring - Red / Black / Ground - White is NOT used.
Output Wiring to Motors - Red/Black/White/Green
