    Good day,

I have been dreaming of building a 6DOF rig since I first seen silent chills. Now a rabbit hole lead me to this kit and I can have to my door for 4k CAD. Is there any reason to not use it? I will still need a Thanos controller to get it working but that's ok. Also I have someone who can build the frame. The actuators were always my concern but this kit seems to solve that part of the problem.

I have not seen these before, nor heard of anyone using them, the parts list seems pretty standard so it really comes down to quality, which I guess you may be the first to test and hopefully report back.

So I found it from this guys Youtube channel. He did the parts with his 3d printer which I would have no issues with but he links this part kit as a alternative because it includes all the CNC parts. Its got 15 inches of Stroke so 380mm. Is that enough?

As I said the parts are common to diy actuator rigs, and you can find those by using the Enhanced Google Search on the Recent page, then filter by date for the latest, as there has been some evolution in design of actuators over time.
