Just bought sim and not working

    My Motion Simulator:
    6DOF
    Hi I am new here but I bought a racing room 6DOF sim

    it has a sparco Grid-q seat full motion and a simcube wheel.

    it worked where I bought it but when I bought it home it would load into game with seat working and the wheel would allow me to select gears but wouldn’t turn, also the pedals would not make the car move.


    This is was on Asseto Corsa, but for some reason the competition version of corsa the wheel would spin but not go forward with pedals still.

    I used the following sequence.
    PC ON
    SimTools launched
    Turned on Seat, wheel, pedals
    Turned on SimCube. Wheel showed as on


    Any help would be much appreciated thanks

    Checked the SimCube is plugged directly into the PC, not via a USB hub, and also check the FFB settings in Assetto Corsa as it may need to be turned down.

    Hi thanks for your reply. It was working perfectly hours before when we picked it up from the showroom so I don’t know if it would be relating to settings as we haven’t changed it and also it was built by RaceRoom so I am a bit apprehensive about taking apart the insides to plug directly into PC.

    Do you think it has anything to do with me turning on sim in wrong order
