Just USB LCD, can I achieve this?

    Hi,
    As the question about flight instruments I mentioned yesterday, many people said that STM32+Labview or other softwares like FSX Spy is too complex for achieving this. In fact, what I want to achieve is like this vedio , using the LCD to display the instruments with a perforated board covered. I asked many people before and they said that I need to adjust the screen display space if just using LCD spliter and LCDs, but today one of my friends said that I need not to do that again if I adjust the place of instruments and don't change the screen resolutions. I'm puzzled now. If I just use LCD(USB-based) and LCD spliter to extract the instruments out, can I achieve this in the vedio?
