LFS Plugin V2 Problem

Hi

I tried the V2 version of the plugin.

I have the problem, that outsim only outputs the speed and the gear number in the outgauge part. In the outsim section there are no values.

Do I have to change somthing in the LFS .cfg file when upgrading from V1 to V2 perhaps? BTW, I'm a demo-racer if this affects it in any way

I've found the problem. Had forgotten to go into cockpit view^^

BTW, until yet I have not any need for a second PC. It works fine on only one PC with the plugin. Even in the race with some cars in front an besides me, the thread/kernel time never rises over 30ms

Anyone who could help me with this problem..

I don't get any data on the outgauge... speed rpm and so on...

I have changed the settings in the cfg.txt. Anyone tried this...

EDIT: I also seem to be having the problem in rFactor


Another thing... When I use dual screen for my gauges they don't seem to work on the second screen.. if I take them back to the primary screen the work again. But if I put profiler2 on the second screen I can see the data is changing in input list, just not the gauges?? can't understand why?

Make sure port 4124 is open for outgauge!

I have tried to dissable my firewall (windows) and still nothing on speed and gear in LFS... I also tried to open the port manually in the settings but still no data..
Sometimes when I start LFS it deletes this in the cfg.txt

OutGauge Mode 1
OutGauge Delay 1
OutGauge IP 127.0.0.1
OutGauge Port 4124
OutGauge ID 0

maybe some part of the problem...

I am using rFactor v1.255 still the same problem. I can see that value 37 in profiler is my gears but can't find any of the other data..
I have copied the xsimplugin.dll to the rfactor\plugins dir. I can only find one plugin under Other stuff?

Something is blocking the port. If you get data for outsim, you have to get it for outgauge as well. Only difference is the port number!
Any other hard or software blocking the port?

Downlaoded the newest version and it works like a dream with rFactor and Race 07... sorry about that. I though I had the newest version, but that was on the laptop.

L4s still gives me trouble... I can't find whats blocking it.. Dissabled firewall and no antivirus programs... still no speed or RPM

EDIT: I found out that the problem with the dual screen is only when I use GTR2 in fullscreen. Then the gauges don't work on the second screen. And for some reason I can't get GTR2 to run in windowed mode... I select it in the configuration and save but i still startup as fullscreen...

Regarding LFS. Perhaps some kind of port tester could ensure the port 4142 to be open or not to be used by another app.
Though I dont know any sophisticated port scan software.

I downloaded another version of lfs (demo) and it works great. So it was problems with my version.
