Making Actuator in home ...

    Hi,
    My idea is to do two Actuadores with engines dremel, but I need help...

    1. It is possible to invert the sense of draft of the engine of the dremel?
    2. 30000 RPM, 90W and 220vca is sufficient to turn the rod (Directly)?
    3.It is possible to do an optical encoder (as that of a mouse) it to connect to the interfaz and that says the position to him where the actuator

    2) 30000rpm is TO mutch you need gearbox (min 1:10 but you will need mutch more, motor is to week (small torq.)) and if its AC 220 you need driver (no DIY for AC) it will be better if you use some DC motor and some DIY H-bridge
