    Hi guys,

Super new to motion sims. I bought the 3DOF kit from DOFREALITY.COM several months ago and have actually yet to use the rig.

The latest issue is when I turn it on the front left motor just keeps spinning. This made the rig do a nose dive to the front left corner. It was stuck so I took off the arm and recorded a video, as you'll see the arm just keeps spinning. Also the traction loss is stuck to one side.

I thought maybe I mixed up the axis, but I checked and it's just as the same as the forum here suggests for iracing.

Can someone please advise? At the very least is like to get the motors back to zero so I can use it as a chair ... Which I've been doing for months now :',(

Sorry, trying to figure out how to upload a video that isn't too large. I'll have one soon.

It seems I can't upload MP4's, so to explain the motion, ... if I were tied to the arm of the motor I would be doing front flips. It's trying to pull the rig down. The problem is, it never stops. So it just rotates at a constant speed, "front flipping"

I'll contact DOF sales team - hopefully they can provide some support. Not exagerating when I say I've not even used this rig for a total of 2 hours yet. It's been nothing but problems since I got it.

    Hi Yes,

They advised me to see if the green line is moving in smc3 ,
I installed the software and changed the com port to 5 but get a message stating it could not connnect.
It was getting late so i stopped and will have a try today.
They mentioned not having srs running.

Everything else should be closed and SMC3 run alone, otherwise you can have a port conflict.

I am presuming you checked for the correct port in Device Manager.
