I will try to document my 2dof manufacturing project by modifying my home cabin to insert the wipers and electronics to turn it into a motion simulator. My goal is to be functional, quiet and occupy the minimum space.

Thanks so much for sharing your project.

Please be aware that you can dual language post but it is part of the Forum Rules that you also include English, doing so via Google Translate is fine: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/forum-rules.9527/

We have bi-lingual speakers from many different language groups so if Google Translate really messes it up they can help clarify what was intended.

For my project I will use 24v motors

These original engines are prepared to work at various speeds, so we will proceed to disassemble and prepare our engine to work at the fastest speed. We are also going to isolate the mass of the chassis, since this is important so as not to derive voltage to our Monster Moto Shield or IBT plate which would end up burning.
We will also eliminate the remaining wiring and leave only two cables for positive and negative.

Once the lid is removed we will cancel the cables used for the windshield wiper motor maneuver since we only need the two power cables, we also clean the temples and leave nice.

Here we can observe the brushes. In this particular engine we find three brushes, one is the negative and is usually connected to the engine chassis, this is the one that we will have to isolate to avoid problems in our monster moto shield.
