    I really enjoy and appreciate when a member of our awesome community goes down the garden path to explore possibilities :thumbs

    While you mention a 'sensor' in place of a 'pot', what I suspect you mean is a Hall sensor, which can be implemented in the manner used, or bought as a drop in replacement for a traditional pot.

    I am looking forward to following your further exploration,s and hope you decide whatever code you use is made available for other members, along with clarification of actual hardware used.
