Hello everyone, my name is Valery, I am from Ukraine, but due to the situation in Ukraine, I currently live and work in the Netherlands for 2 years.
About a month ago I saw people building moving platforms out of anything. I thought it was pretty easy (how wrong I was). Here is the list of what I bought:
    1.IBT 2 x2
    2.wheelchair motor x2
    3. power supply 24 volt 25 amp x2
    4. 16 meters of profile (8 meters 25x25, 8 meters 30x30)
    5. 10kom potentiometer
My father works as a mechanic at a factory and he persuaded his boss so that I could weld everything and assemble some small things. It took me 14 hours (1 day). photo_2024-02-17_18-37-59.jpg

After which I started connecting the electronics and after the first tests I realized that my engine lever was too long (15cm) (day 2-3).

    photo_2024-02-22_22-43-47.jpg

That day we trimmed the lever and made holes 5 and 7 cm from the center. After connecting, I realized that the power supply from the computer was too weak and was being protected, and I immediately ordered power supplies for 24 volts and 25 amps (day 4).

waiting for delivery and attached a potentiometer to the frame (day 5).

And finally, on the last day, I installed a cooling radiator with a fan on IBT-2 and carefully secured it in a plastic box.

I'm using Google translator. I'd also be happy to hear your advice on reassembling and replacing something with something else.

I ordered from Amazon but I can’t recommend it because it has a lot of horizontal play. And the play can hardly be caused by me since it is tightly welded on both sides.

I needed it, but I couldn't find it at a reasonable price.
