What percentages do you have setup under the axis assignments? It did appear to center properly in smc3. If you post some additional photos of the rest of your settings I’m sure someone can work it out.

Maybe also include an image of your Mix/ Max settings. You have small percent set for pitch and you are only focusing on a single DOF which are good things. If your min max settings haven’t been set properly things can act weird.

and in the video if the test was based on pitch one of the motors will need to be reversed again to make them move in the same direction. Not sure why they are moving so erratically though.

Also after watching the video a few more times it looks like the left motor as viewed on screen has less travel than the right side. This carries over into simtools as well it appears. Are your motors identical? And do the settings match in SMC3 for both motor 1 and 2?

will post onother video soon when I change some parts. the pot is making the motor travel more. the last one broke .i will fix this, but I have this problem from the beginning of testing even with same pots.i was testing roll in the video. I took the image later .the motors are the same.where are the min max settings ?/ And the settings match in SMC3 for both motor

The Min Max values are set in the tuning center. If you follow this link it will explain it in detail.

    https://simtools.us/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/Tuning-Center.pdf

make sure you get the potentiometers well secured to the frame. A flexible coupler of some sort should attach the pot to the motor so it can give for any misalignment error.

EDIT: But before you go further in simtools make sure you have equal travel, power and speed from the 2 motors in SMC3 first.

before breaking the pot the travel and speed were equal in smc3. the problem was the same. it was my mistake to post this video . its confusing.

Tuning Center value pictures need to be when the game is running, as the values are telemetry driven, and those game telemetry values will show in the top row.
