    My Motion Simulator:
    2DOF, 3DOF, DC motor, Arduino
Hello. I am Alex and recently I started to make my first motion simulator. I made the flame with a table and a cat seat. I am planing to use 2 wiper motors, as I know they have enough power to move the rig. Is kinda hard to find 2 identical motors around me so I have to order them online, but it will take some time for them to arrive. I am also looking for a U joint, from a drive shaft or a steering colum maybe. If i can't find one I'm planning on building it from a piece of square tube and 4 rod ends. This is what I have for now. I am also making the steering wheel, peddals and shifter myself. I have prototyped a pedal and the shifter. IMG_20221128_155434.jpg 16713908284766781099490480792988.jpg 16713908928414957737479172732677.jpg
I have dessingned them in a CAD software, and I'm wainting for some 3D printed parts, but unfortunatly the printer broke down so I'm wainting for the new parts to fix it. I'm gonna keep posting my progress as I'm doing something.

This is what I have done for now. The red parts will be 3D printed. upload_2022-12-18_21-23-46.png

I designed the pedals from aluminum profiles with hinges and springs. upload_2022-12-18_21-27-13.png
    And finally the H shifter.
