    Hi,

you should tell us a little more about your setup. Where do you have connected the potentiometers?
Are your valves connected directly to the velleman?
Do you have selected the Velleman in the profiler?
Have you selected the Festo profile in the portoutput matrix (valve matrix)?

Direct to the board, after remowe IC1 - its working and calibrating properly (i think so in regedit i have: x: from 242 to 64; y: from 145 to 74)

Imho you should have -117 to 117 on both axes. Have you connected linear pots to the velleman? logarithmic pots dont work properly.

i`ve try before linear pots, but because my setup, profiler says its too small movement of potis, calibration canceled.... its strange because near 45 degrees of movement on each side. Logarithmic potis has properly calibrated.... so i must add (i dont know this word in english: wheel with tooth)

You have to use linear pots!

Have you connected the pots this way?

Yes, you should remount the linear pots, and change the gear ratio of the 'cogwheels'.
You have to use nearly the whole way of them.
Which resistance do they have? 10k, 20k, 50k or 100k?

Btw, there are some more words which could express wheel with tooth ;)

Nice to have one member more, which uses the X-Sim Software with his simulator ;)

I would be pleased if you could start a thread in the DIY Simulators section with a description of your platform, and some pictures, which go along with the development.
