I am building a 2 dof system with 2 300w worm drive motors. 2 power supply's. 2 ibt2 motor driver, 2 hallsensor and an arduino. Motors do move. But I can stop them with 2 fingers. Can someone help me with the correct smc3 settings for my setup? I tried to figure it out for my self. But I don't get it.

While the SMC3 settings may need a bit of refinement if you can stop the motors with 2 fingers I would suspect the IBT2s, grab a multimeter and test them.

    Try lowering Fpwm to 25.

Make sure nothing is getting warm. You should not detect any heat in the int-2 without load. Even with load very little.

Maybe try a single PSU for a test. Should be robust movement even for an undersized supply.
