I just grabbed a Samsung Odyssey G9 on sale, and I'm struggling to come up with the best way to mount it to my existing DIY 80/20. The main requirement is the ability to either raise the monitor quickly/easily straight upwards like 12 inches, or rotate the monitor 90 degrees quickly and secure it so that the screen faces the ceiling. The reason for this is to allow usage of inside-out VR with properly placed wind simulation with blowers situated directly in front of face (e.g. where the screen would normally be positioned when not using VR).

I was thinking about integrated monitor mount as a starting point (such as this). But, I am not sure how to create something solid that allows for quick adjustment. Not sure which adapters would work, or if anyone has done something similar.

    Any ideas?
