New rig problem

I have a 24 volt wheel chair motor rig, That works, But i have one problem, the motor on left spins one way and the one on right spins the other way. I have tried to swap the black and red wire around on one of them, and then that motor just spins round and round till I unhook it. I was wondering if someone could tell me what I need to do to fix it? Thanks for any help!

Write exactly what kind of setup you have:
1. an IBT2 motor controller?
2. which program simtools or Flypt mover ?

Ok, are both engines working properly in SMC3Utils ? for example can you run Sine mode ?
If so, you need to change the direction of movement in Simtools is the only way. Ceckbox "DIR" in the pictures you showed
I unfortunately use FlyPtmover so I didn't have to deal with Simtools

Even in simtools one motor goes the wrong way
