    Hi guys
OK so where I am stuck now is,after I have configured smc3 and all working as expected.
I have purchased a diy licence from simtools and registered all ok.

I have followed the tutorials but fail to understand the logistics of how we test our rig and setup.
I have entered the basic settings like serial,ip address and so on .
I just need to know how to test the axis assignments,
And also which is the correct text to place in the interface output,I.e [A<Axis1a>] etc etc, all for a basic 2 dof with arduino.

Do I have to own live for speed for testing or not.

And lastly how do I know that the arduino uno is connected and talking to simtools ?

Many thanks in advance to anyone who chimes in
