no connection/sim link login appearing all the time

hello everybody, I started all of a sudden to have a problem of lack of communication between the ender and profiler .
there uis a window keeping openiing asking for a username and password . JohndoXXX as username followed by encrypted password and sometimes a bunch of numbers for username.

click login or not same result . the windo keep coming back . no motion in games . profiler shows not connection activite . I did not change anything to my knowledge .

what is going on ? I tried to roll back with an earlier restore point with no success. I tried to deactivate my firewall sith no success.

help is really appreciated

thanks to both of you. I will do it if the problem reoccur .but It seems i solved the issue by using ccleaner. It is a tool to clean temporary files , internet cookies etc.. it seems it has solved the problem for now (this may help other with the same problem)

Hi tonquites, That issue happend to me once. I disconnected the plug from internet and then performed a thorough cleaning with ccleaner (it a freeware). I checked mark everything except the cleaning of free space in the hard drive. The game came back to normal. dont ask me why is that , i dont know . probably some files in temporary folders I dont know. Hope this will help
