    Hi all,

I have been busy with life for the last couple of months and I am trying to get back into things. I do have a build thread and I will update it once I have some traction again and plus I thought it would be better to ask about this on its own accord.

ANYWAY - now that I have jumped back on the DIY motion horse, the horse doesn't want to stand up. I am able to get movement through the SMC Utility Tool but I cant get anything after that. To make it clear, all I am trying to do is go through AXIS TESTING in SimTools, i am not even interested in introducing a game environment yet. HELP PLEASE - Where am I going wrong? What have I not set up? What have I set up wrong?

I have the saame problem. I'm think that is only a joke that program. we have to buy the premium and maybe works. Other option I'm trying and still tryin. So what's your problem? in the output axis testing, do you have movement or nothing?

this my problem with smc3, for that I'm no using that. I only configurate with simtools in the output section, but I only can make the test, with game not yet, there no movement with the game, neither there are vallues or slider movement when the game is running, I thinking something about interruption, or overload of the program demo.

I'm not sure why if you are making a 2dof, you are using a smc3 or whatever that bug program. I think that you have to change of arduino code and prove another wiring. There a lot of trash for here. take care. and tell how it going.

i think it would be better to explain what you haven't understood and can't make it work rather posting that a well proven interface is a bug program.
    good luck with your build
    cheers

Start by switching to English local for language settings: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/simtools-language-setting-bug-change-to-english-local.233/

Then follow the SMC3 setup steps here: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...3dof-motor-driver-and-windows-utilities.4957/

Afortunately I haven't short my vocabulary, Y eso que solo hablo español, pero bueno. I cant explain my problems but I know that the solution is some diffiult, but its only, because I not understan all what I'm doing here. So I have news for you, I download the localemulator, but in the location drag only appear, (español(united states)) I selected that, I save with "run in english". I hope it works. Now I going to charge the arduino code of the smc3 page that you left me and the we will see. Another thing. I not sure if the english setting that wasn't configurated, was the cause thae the slider in the gamengine don't move whe it's running the game. Could you explain?

OK I FINISHED TO MAKE THE TEST FOR TODAY I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THAT SHIT FOR NOW. BUT I EXPECT THAT TOMORROW MAYBE I WOULD ABLE TO MAKE SOME TEST MORE, AND IT'S ALL.
I CHANGE THE LANGUAGE WITH THAT LOCAL EMULATOR. I OPENED MANAGER AND ENGINE AND AS ALWAY NOTHIG WORKS. THREW THE SAME ERROR OF THE WINDOWS FRAMEWORK, AND MANGAER GET CLOSE.
AND THE WIPER WITH WINDOWS UTILS WORKS FINE, BUT ONLY TEST, WHERE THE LINE GREEN GO FOWARD THE BLUE. I'M GOING TO BE DOING CHANGES AND TESTING THE WINDOWS UTILS PROGRAM TILL GET MOVE THE ENGINES. CHEERS. AND LUCK.
