Question Noise when testing output from Simtool

    My Motion Simulator:
    2DOF, Arduino, Motion platform
    Hello,
    I am building a 2DOF simulator using arduino and IBT-2 motor driver. When I test the motors with SMC3-Util, I get perfect output. But at the moment when I test the output in the sim tool, the output data at certain moments are noisy as you can see in the picture.
    I tested it without SMC3-Util using Serial interface and the result is the same.
    Has anyone encountered this, can you advise how to solve it.

    looks like windows regional settings problem, try to set - US standard in windows settings
