Is there a way that SimTools can apply power to my motors (2dof with traction loss) and center them when no game is running?

Possibly "centering" is not the correct term for what Im after. What I would like is for Simtools to "hold" some center-range position for all motors whenever I am not in a game. Basically so when I boot up my machine (Simtools starts with Windows), the rig moves and holds in some initial position. I use Pololu motor controllers.
