    Hello!
    I cannot get the video plugin/editor to work with Profiler2 - it's not receiving slot/axis information from the editor.
    here's a brief summary of what's happening:
    > force sender with video plugin selected
    > video editor opens; video is loaded - no problems on either video screens
    > profiler shows force-sender connected - 'input setup' shows slots 25-30 with lateral,vertical, etc
    > axis is edited in video editor - video plays back fine, axis graphical data seen
    **profiler not showing any slot data at any time - during editing or playback;
    the axis result in math setup is also not showing any data
    > 'save project' - file fs2 file is created in same directory
    > when fs2 file is double clicked it opens in video editor but there is no video or axis data - just blank
    another thing noticed was that under 'Config' in video editor it doesn't seem to save the force sender location - if you select set force sender location it's always blank

    any ideas on the above?
    I've spent many hours re. Wiki/forum/changing settings etc but to no avail and am in need of test running a 3dof pneumatic prototype (video to be posted)

    any help would be much appreciated

    Best Regards! :)

    Hi All
    here's an update on what I've found so far re. this issue (might also help others attempting to work with video plugin):
    I uninstalled X-sim 2.1, loaded 1.6 and the video editor 1.5/rollercoaster.exe works fine (although a bit glitchy);
    > while editing the axes with the sliders, slot/axis results did not appear in Profiler (slots 21 & 22) but results did appear with playback of the .fsm file
    > the videoplugin.rnr that the manual & Wiki refer to appears to be for version 1.6 (and earlier ones I assume) but doesn't appear to apply to 2.0+
    > the .fsm file that is created upon 'save project' in 1.6 only likes to playback once and the application closes when the file is finished playing; also, if I try to pause/stop etc while playing, the application closes

    so, I'm pretty certain the issue doesn't involve my codecs or windows settings - unless video editor 2.0 is very different than 1.5

    not sure where to go from here as video editor 1.5 is only 2 axes and doesn't have advanced output...

    has anyone edited axis data in editor 2.0 and played it back via the .fs2 file? (vs importing data)

    any ideas would be appreciated :sos:
    Best Regards
