    Good personal day!
For who is having problems with communication with Arduino and the computer with the squid COM and LPT.
Sometimes the Arduino creates a port that is already in use here comes the conflict issue with the two, in which case the Yes tools can not communicate with the Arduino.
I managed to solve this problem Arduino the Atmega16 driver reistalando.

    1 *) First download and install (Flip) http://www.atmel.com/Images/JRE - Flip Installer - 3.4.7.112.exe.
    * 2) Download the UnoJoy project folder and unpack anywhere you like. https://code.google.com/p/unojoy/downloads/detail?name=UnoJoyWin-21Feb2013.zip&can=2&q=

    care:
By doing the following procedure you will modify the firmware to USB converter / Serial that the Arduino board. This will change the way it is recognized by the computer. Do it for your own risk.

Avoid handling the ring and other metal thing with Arduino.

Reconnect the Arduino on your PC and give a short pins that are shown in the image below:

    arduino curto!.jpg
Take the jumper near the Arduino to avoid short circuit (but keep it connected to the PC).
This is to be able to be reprogrammed USB / Serial communication chip (ATmega8u2 or ATmega16u2) and leaves it in DFU mode (Device Firmware Update).
Arduino will be recognized in the Device Manager as shown below:

Then make sure that you have installed the FLIP and run the file:
    UnoJoyWin> TurnIntoAnArduinobat
A screen will appear like this:
    arduino curto 3.jpg
Disconnect the Arduino USB and reconnect.
Click the Windows icon and Devices and Printers.
You will see that the Arduino is installed changed the COM port.
Now change all ports of programs to make it iqual to the Arduino.
    Hope this helps!

    It looks complicated and hazardous...
Why don't you use the windows Device Manager? it allows you to change the port
