Question Prosimu P5MP - Motion Platform Won't Connect / Not Detected

    Hello, I recently bought a Prosimu P5MP and I'm trying to get it set up.

    I've:
    1. Assembled and powered on the rig (it performs the initial calibration successfully)
    2. Connected both USB ports
    3. Downloaded activated my license
    4. Followed the instructions on the manual on connecting and setting up motion
    However, I'm unable to get the software to recognize the platform.
    Am I missing a step in this process?
    I've tested all my USB ports and they work
