    Hello,

I don't have much expertise in PROSIMU hardware, but someone asked me for help.

PROSIMU has replaced his controller card and upgraded to SimTools v3.

Now, the cylinder stroke has been reset and is no longer correct. It is too small.

He contacted Prosimu again but was unable to get an answer on how to fix this.

Is there a way to restore the original stroke by ourselves (and without any risk)?

    Thank you for your advices

    Dan

First and foremost, my initial advice is to pursue the commercial entity with respect to supporting both their hardware and customers...don't take no for an answer, given cash was spent!

Messing with a commercial product often has risks that go way beyond the hardware, and extend to the relevant terms and conditions, consider those and associated consumer rights, with the latter being variably applicable depending on jurisdiction.

That said, Xsimulator.net is not the place or mechanism to ventilate or resolve costumer complaints and concerns.
