Hi! I'm new here, I just want to know if I can modify the Pxn v9, I want to put a DC motor on it to have a force feedback. Is it possible? But I'm still thinking if I'm going to modify it or just build a diy FFB wheel.

So, Pxn-V9 has already a 3-pedals with an H shifter. All I know is pxn is using a spring not a motor, and I want to modify it or put an motor on it to have a force feedback. Is it possible?

Can you guys look at this :
This is a PXN-900, mine is Pxn-v9 but the wheel itself is just the same, the only difference between the two is Pxn-v9 has a shifter and a 3 pedals. So, I'm just assuming that they do have a same board.

    My Motion Simulator:
    DC motor, Arduino
I've made this so i add DC motor and swap Potentiometer to Rotary encoder. and seriously, the base design of PXN V9 is too narrow. i didn't any sketch the design for where the DC motor supposed placed to, so i connect the DC motor direct to the steer shaft which with a Coupler Shaft 5x14mm bore which 14mm for plug the steer gear.

You can check my project in my Instagram @lutbelut44 in Highlights i named PXN V9 FFB Mod.

and yea i could say the result is suck, the motor heats so fast and the torque is really small

so, if you want get good FFB in that PXN V9. i would recommend you have to redesign the steer mechanism which uses gear driven to belt driven
