    Hi there everyone. I'm a motion sim Virgin and not very good with understanding computers. I just want something that I can switch on and play.

    I recently purchased a 2 dof T1000 from prosimu as an entry level motion sim. I've managed to get the actuators communicating with the pc but when I try to patch the game I only get half the page on a pop up and it doesn't give me the option to edit the path! Have any of you had this issue? I'm really frustrated and could do with some advise. Thanks. Dean

    I know you will likely think this may be harsh @dean farney but please don't post unrelated questions to another member's thread and be aware that this community has an expectation that people make an effort to help themselves: http://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/community-etiquette.82/

    While you have purchased a commercial simulator you need to understand that SimTools has not been licensed by that company. SimTools is available free for non-commercial purposes: http://www.xsimulator.net/community...icence-covering-both-simtools-and-plugins.28/

    Can I suggest that you need to be proactive in resolving your issues and read the SimTools documentation, FAQs and search existing threads regarding questions you may have:

    After reviewing existing information be aware that if you are posing a support question related to a commercial purchase to DIY community members, then some may not see it as their role to do the work of the commercial company who sold you that product.

    @dean farney

    We have already told prosimu (Kubieniec Patrick) that he can not use SimTools 1.0 with his commercial simulators.
    He stated he now has his own software. So I would ask him for his software.

    Until SimTools 2.0 comes out, and you can purchase a commercial key, you probably won't get that much help.
    I realize its probably not your fault, as I am assuming he told you to use SimTools?

    BTW, all GUI problems have been fixed in the next SimTools versions!
    There will be no need to set the text size to 100% on the PC.
