    Terms inscriptions.

    Generality.

The opening of registration will be declared on Februray 1st 2011.
The process will close on February 22nd, 2011 at midnight.

30 entries is the maximum E.I. will handle. In the case of too high demand for participation, Endurance-Inside will make a selection between the entries.
Our selection criteria are not based on pure performance.
Endurance-Inside hopes to see a plate fair play between all contenders, and a minimum of comprhension of endurance races.
Endurance-Inside reserves the right to deny the entry to any team or driver who does not comply with these few expectations.

The identity of the selected team will be announced Feb. 23rd at the latest.

    Format and Terms of Registration

1 - post on the forum, (« Inscitpion » thread in the EIIC section). You have to respect the format proposed by the organization.

2 - you will be asked to complete a file of information you will find: Coming soon

You should send this file back as soon as possible (before February 22nd) at the following address: enduranceinsiderf@gmail.com

    CAUTION:
Your registration will be effective only upon receipt of the completed applying file.

The list of the registered Teams who completed the two points above (Post + Info file) will be notified in the « Inscription » thread of the forum.

    Reminder:
Registration is not for an lonely race but for a whole championship, you have until February 22 to register.
So think carefully before entering a Team.
The order of the registrations demands will not be taken into account if it were to be over 30 teams.

    Team Composition

Each team submits a registration for 3 to 6 drivers during the initial enrollment period of the EIIC championship.
Each team must designate a team manager who will be the one to talk with the organization.
Registered drivers (including the team manager) are NOT required to run on all rounds of the championship.
Replacements and / or additions to the original list is completely free all along the season. A team manager change is also possible but must first be submitted for approval to the organization.
Each team should send the list of drivers participating in a race in 5 days with that race.
The number of drivers to nominate is:
    - at least 2 drivers for races of 6h and under (1000km, 6 hours)
    - at least 3 drivers races over 6 hours (10 hours, 12 hours)
    - 4 to 6 drivers for races longer than 12h (24 hour)

All drivers who have raced score points in the drivers' championship.
A driver can freely switch teams during the season. Points acquired with different teams will be added indiscriminately in the drivers’ championship.
To the teams’ championship, only the position obtained by the car(s) is taken into account, whoever drives it.

The system is intentionally flexible to allow a maximum number of teams to be present every time, even if the drivers are different. That's why we ask you to try to find replacements up if you can not attend a round.
