Discussion in 'DIY Motion Simulator Building Q&A / FAQ' started by Ian Pace, Feb 23, 2021.

?

If based in an RHD country how would you set your sim rig?

  1. LHD to replicate most cars on games

    Hi All,

Was wondering..... all of you who are based in UK or any other RHD country, how did you setup your sim rig? I'm from malta and here we are RHD, so that's what i am used to and i'm in a bit of dilemma as most games and card are LHD.

Would love to see you what you think.

I tend to use my paddle shifter, so real no issue.

But my rig is set up so I have one bolt to undo to change the shifter from the left to the right.

I did mount the shifter on the right and spent a fair a bit of time in ETS2 + car mod practicing on European roads, before my last trip there, I even had a cool playlist for the radio :grin
