Looking for a little help in getting going with simtools. Everything is installed and setup just can't get the patch to go through. I'm getting an error "the selected path is not valid for patching". I'm installing with iracing. The plugin was installed using the plugin tool. I've tried the documents/iracing folder, the main iracing install folder and the steamapp/common/iracing folders all yielding the same not valid response. I've tried running game manager as an administrator and am getting the same results. Windows 10 if that makes any difference. Thanks in advance for further suggestions.

Figured it out myself...I was still in the demo version. Once I activated simtools with license key it worked fine.
