    Hello

I really appreciate what You have done with ST 2. I can definitely feel the better movement! But... I'm a little bit disappointed that You still don't get us possibility of better management of the axises. I mean there still no way to block one half of movement of the axis. It's crucial for anybody that uses G-SEAT as mine construction. Now I still have to use changed code for arduino instead of configure it with simtools.

Another thing - it would be great thing if You can give as possibility of calibration with simtools. I guess it's not so hard to tell the ST where should be ZERO position of potentiometer than make it physically by rotating it.

One more thing - it would be nice to have option to configure half moves of an axis separately. In some cases I would rather to have more move forward than backward. But it's some case of what I write in first part, because You could give "0" to one direction and that would be it!

Think of it, and if You decide it is good idea, a can be your tester.

    Best regards!

We created a plugin system where anyone is able to create a plugin for what they need.
So its all setup for G-Seat plugin to be made.

If you talking about where it should center, then it's much better to be done in hardware, so you don't loose distance on your axis.

This could be done with a custom interface or math plugin I believe.
What I built in SimTools 2.0 is a platform on which one can build anything they need and then share it with everyone else.

To be honest, it sounds like you need a Axis Assignment plugin where you have a Roll+ and a Roll- instead on just a Roll for example.
Or an Interface that takes the DOF value and splits it and sends it to the right spots.
Let me think it over for a few...

    You're right with the centering.

And with my GSeat it would be great to have such a plugin, but I couldn't find it, so it doesn't exist I guess. I'm not a programmer so I don't think I could write one... Maybe someone will. Anyway, if You ever need someone to test it - I'm ready ;)
